Can I read reports without an account?
Yes. The list and every thread are public. Search engines can index /reports.
Do I need to sign in to file or comment?
Yes. Filing a report and every comment need a Google or Telegram login. That is how we keep throwaway spam off the ledger.
How does a panel owner reply?
Sign in, claim the domain on Account, then verify. A mailbox on that domain verifies immediately. Otherwise add a DNS TXT record and press Verify. After that, a comment on a thread for that domain is marked official.
Does smmdir refund the order?
No. We do not take the order and we do not hold the money. The page is a public record so other buyers can see the complaint and the owner’s answer.
What does Resolved mean?
A verified owner marked the thread resolved. You can still read it. It is their statement, not a smmdir verdict.
Will you hide a panel from the catalog because of a report?
No. Catalog rank is still price and supply-chain data. A report lives on this page. It does not delete a row from a cheapest table.
