What Is an SMM Panel: Glossary Terms

This SMM glossary is a directory list of 20 words panels print on service names. Non-drop is not refill. A provider is not a reseller. We use these definitions on type pages and in catalog tags so the same sentence means the same thing.

SMM panel: A storefront that sells social-media engagement (followers, likes, views, members) by the thousand. You pay the panel; the panel buys from a provider or runs its own supply.
Provider: The source panel that owns accounts or a delivery network. Most other panels are resellers of a small set of providers. Our Providers page maps that graph.
Reseller: A panel that marks up another panel’s API. Same service ID, higher rate. The lowest public price on a type page is usually closer to the provider.
Child panel: A white-label storefront generated by a parent panel. It has its own domain and prices, but the catalog and delivery come from the parent.
Non-drop: Retention promise: the delivered count should stay until N days. It is not refill. If the listing says non-drop 30 days, a drop on day 10 is a breach of that listing — not a refill ticket.
Refill: The panel may drop. Within N days you can press Refill and they top up. Refill is not non-drop. Lifetime refill still allows drop; it only promises a button.
Drip-feed: Delivery spread over hours or days instead of a dump. Used so a spike looks less mechanical. Marked D on search rows.
HQ / LQ: High-quality vs low-quality supply. HQ usually means accounts that look older or more complete. LQ is cheaper and drops faster. The words are marketing until you test.
Rate (per 1k): The price for 1,000 units in USD after FX. Our tables sort by this. A $0.01/1k row can still be a bad buy if min is 10,000 or refill is missing.
Min / Max: The quantity the service accepts. If you need 50 followers and min is 100, that row cannot take the order.
Average time: How long recent orders of that service took to start or finish, as the panel reports it. Not a guarantee. Empty means the panel does not publish it.
Cancel: The panel exposes a cancel button while the order is still in progress. Marked C on search rows. After complete, cancel does nothing.
Start time: How long until the first units land. Different from average completion time. A queued free test on /free is a 15-minute countdown, not the panel’s start time.
API v2: The common PerfectPanel-style JSON API (add, status, services). We sync public catalogs through it. We never ask you for a buyer key on public pages.
Service ID: The panel’s internal number for one row. Resellers often keep the provider’s ID. Matching IDs plus a stable markup is how we infer a provider link.
Markup: Follower rate ÷ leader rate. 1.30 means the reseller charges 30% more than the inferred provider for the same service.
Unlock: Signed-in customers can reveal real panel domains that stay masked as Provider #id on the free public search. Unlock is not a 14-day trial.
Panel health: Whether the public API answered on the last sync. Down or disabled panels drop out of cheapest tables.
Drop / bounce: Delivered units that later disappear (unfollows, ignored views, left groups). Expected on cheap rows. Non-drop and refill are the two different answers to drop.
Lifetime refill: A refill button with no end date. Still not non-drop: the count can fall; you just keep topping it up. Read the service name — “lifetime” is a refill window, not a retention guarantee.
